With our Action Management Tool, you can keep track of all actions. Within Action Management, areas such as document control, audits, risk management, and the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) are centrally consolidated and monitored. The interface is simple and transparent.

Our Action Management solution is based on powerful Microsoft technologies that offer a wide range of applications for handling information and documents. The intuitive usability and transparent documentation of processes allow you to maintain an overview of all initiated actions. Action Management consolidates areas such as document control, audits, risk management, and the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) in one central place for easy monitoring. An automatic reminder and resubmission function ensures timely implementation.

In Action Management, complaint and supplier master data, as well as electronic forms (e.g., 3D, 8D, inspection reports), are managed. Additionally, a workflow is integrated into task management, which begins when a new report is recorded and informs the responsible department to clarify further actions. With the status query (open/new, in progress, all completed), all actions and their further processing can be tracked within task management (my tasks, open tasks, upcoming tasks).
