Over the past 25 years, Mr. Ernst has successfully implemented complex projects involving extensive changes for a variety of multinational corporations and medium-sized enterprises. He is an expert in building and restructuring IT organizations, as well as in developing management systems and optimizing business processes. In these areas, Mr. Ernst has led numerous international projects as both a program manager and a project leader.

The main focus of his work includes information security and data protection, IT strategy development, IT management consulting, project management, and SharePoint.

Previously, Mr. Ernst held various positions in different corporate areas and management functions at companies such as DaimlerChrysler AG, Porsche AG, Magna International, Otto Versand, as well as Mittal Steel, and medium-sized enterprises. As an IT director, he was responsible for the operation of the global IT infrastructure and IT systems at an internationally operating full-service partner of the automotive industry.

Mr. Ernst is an external ISO 27001 Lead Auditor at TÜV Rheinland, a certified ISO 27001 audit team leader of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), and an ISO 20000 Auditor. He also holds an ITIL V3 certification, is a trained data protection officer, and a certified PECEB trainer for ISO 27001 training courses. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and recognized trainer, Mr. Ernst regularly conducts high-quality project management training – from intensive project management courses to the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification course. He is an active member of PMI, the world’s largest professional association for project management. In this capacity, he is involved in international committees of the Project Management Institute (PMI) to continuously develop and make standards applicable in practice. Mr. Ernst is a co-author of the international PMI standard “Organizational Project Management Maturity Model – OPM3” 3rd Edition.

Over the past 25 years, Mr. Bodino has held various positions in different corporate areas and management functions at companies such as DaimlerChrysler AG, Porsche AG, Bayerische Vereinsbank AG, and Damp Holding AG.

As the Head of Information and Process Management (CIO), Mr. Bodino was responsible for organizational management, business process management, project management, as well as the entire IT and office communications at an internationally operating automotive system supplier. In the healthcare sector, he served as the Head of Process Organization & IT (CIO) at Damp Holding AG.

Mr. Bodino successfully led numerous restructuring, reorganization, and process optimization and consolidation projects.

As a partner of Trigonum GmbH, as well as a senior consultant and project manager, Mr. Bodino possesses extensive practical, leadership, and project experience across different corporate areas and industries. He has successfully implemented numerous data protection, IT security, IT strategy, IT service management, organizational development, business process, and outsourcing projects in both national and international settings.

Mr. Bodino has been an expert in SharePoint strategy, international SharePoint platform operations, and SharePoint security for more than 20 years. He has implemented corporate portals for project management, process management, and ISO management systems in both medium-sized enterprises and large international corporations.

Additionally, Mr. Bodino is a certified ISO 27001 TÜViT ISMS and ISO 20000 Auditor, data protection auditor (TÜV), and data protection officer, and holds an ITIL V3 Foundation certification.

Mr. Bodino also works as a freelance lecturer in project management coaching at the University of Applied Sciences in Olten, Northwestern Switzerland. Furthermore, he serves as the spokesperson for the Northern Regional Group in the Professional Association of Data Protection Officers of Germany (BvD) e.V.
