Our action management tool helps you keep track of all actions. Within action management, areas such as document control, audits, risk management, and the continuous improvement process (CIP) are centrally coordinated and monitored. The tool is user-friendly and offers transparent operation.

Our action management solution is built on powerful Microsoft technologies, providing diverse options for handling information and documents. With its easy-to-use interface and transparent documentation of processes, you can keep a clear overview of all initiated actions. Areas such as document control, audits, risk management, and the continuous improvement process (CIP) are centrally managed and monitored. An automatic reminder and resubmission function ensures that actions are completed on time.

Additionally, our action management solution allows for the management of complaint and supplier master data, as well as data from electronic forms (e.g., 3D, 8D, test reports). A workflow is integrated into task management, which starts when a new report is submitted and informs the responsible department to clarify further actions. Using the status query (open/new, in progress, all completed), you can track all actions and their processing within task management (my tasks, open tasks, upcoming tasks).
